We believe our most important responsibility is to keep you safe and injury free. Always. To ensure your long term health we will emphasize perfect form on every repetition of every exercise. We will push you to achieve your best, but never past your reasonable limits. And we will always listen when you say something doesn’t feel right.
Training in a positive and encouraging environment makes exercising fun and breeds long term success. (Who doesn’t want a little fun when you’re sweating head to toe?) From sharing stories about work, family, and life to cracking up during rest periods we will make sure you leave every workout thinking, “I worked my butt off, and I had a great time!”
