This is why we welcome you to try our two complimentary services: an initial consultation & assessment as well as a 60-minute personal training session.
Your complimentary consultation is our opportunity to get to know each other. We will discuss your goals, pre-existing injuries, exercise habits, and training schedule. We will delve into the more nuanced areas of your life that may impact your training and your health. And we will establish our mutual expectations.
Next we will move into our GreenBar Assessment. Here you will perform a select set of key movements, each intended to give us insight into your current capabilities. Afterwards, we will talk about your results, share constructive feedback, and outline your path forward.
Time to grab that towel! This action-packed hour is dedicated to introducing you to our training methods. Based on your goals, injury history, and assessment results, we will coach you through a full workout using exercises and intensities indicative of your training program.
