Physique Sculpting

Body Toning & Muscular Development

If having a defined physique is your number one goal, our Body Toning and Muscle Development programs have got you covered. Your program will use specific resistance exercises to develop each body part and a detailed dietary plan to elevate your body to it’s aesthetic peak.

Strength Training & Conditioning

Whether your goal is to carry groceries and walk up the stairs or squat 300 and run a 4.3, this is where we take your fitness to the next level. Using compound movements and interval training we will maximize your performance. Weight Management

And we will focus intensely on your food choices and portion sizes.

Using key resistance, cardiovascular, and “prehabilitation” exercises we will rebuild your strength and restore your energy. Injuries profoundly change your exercise abilities and the pain they cause is absolutely no fun. We know because we’ve been there. If you’re like most professionals then you spend hours everyday sitting at a computer or engaging with your phone. While these may be unavoidable parts of life, over time the detrimental effects of prolonged sitting and looking at your phone add up. Your muscles become tense, you develop aches and pain, and your posture declines. To help you regain flexibility, reduce chronic pain, and realign your posture your Flexibility & Posture program will alleviate tight muscles, invigorate stiff joints, and get you moving fluidly.

Interactive Training Spreadsheet & Client Profile

To put you at the wheel and in control of your program, you’ll be given an Interactive Training Spreadsheet. Here, we will record your workouts and share your supplemental routines. Accessible through your Personal Client Profile via Google Drive, your Interactive Training Spreadsheet will put you in the driver’s seat and empower you to push beyond your training sessions.

Supplemental Workouts

To complement your one-on-one training sessions we are happy to offer Supplemental Training Programs. Taking into account your goals, fitness level, and equipment availability your Supplemental Training Program will outline the exercises, sets, repetitions, and weights you need for each of your solo workouts.
