A lifelong competitive athlete and a firm believer in the importance of exercise and healthy eating, Zach has trained hundreds of fantastic clients ranging from former professional and collegiate athletes, to weekend warriors, to individuals new to exercise and healthy eating. Zach’s two areas of specialty are teaching the fundamentals to individuals new to exercise and healthy eating and coaching individuals on how to optimize their fitness while managing a back injury. As a coach, Zach takes a holistic and scientific approach to his clients’ programs, emphasizes evidenced based research, mastering the fundamentals, and comprehensive care. Zach’s coaching style can be summed up as, “push hard, push smart, and have as many laughs as you can along the way.” Away from fitness, Zach is a big music fan and has been playing the drums since he was eight years old. He loves history, nature, and animals. And Zach is a loving husband and father to his amazing wife Brittani and his amazing son Mathias.
